1/2 TBSP sugar
1/2 tsp salt
8 TBSP or 1 stick of unsalted butter, cold
1/2 C ice water
6-8 medium sized apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 C sugar
1 TBSP cinnamon
1/3 C sugar
3/4 C all-purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
6 TBSP unsalted butter, cold
