4 8-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
8 tablespoons (one stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest

    I use a springform pan when making cheesecake. You can buy them in different sizes in most kitchen stores or the kitchen area of major chain stores. I use a 9 inch or 10 in springform pan depending on the recipe. Good Luck!!
