that you can buy on every corner.
And that something will never be
the same as the original.
Surely you know the phrase.
But here’s one answer try
homemade Bounty chocolate bars
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup margarine
• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup coconut
• 5.25 (oz) dark chocolate
Place margarine, sugar and heavy cream into sauce pan and melt over
medium flame. Add the coconut and stir well.
Use 9×13 baking dish, coat with baking paper, and pour coconut mixture in it.
Align and place in the fridge for about 2 hours,
When mixture is solidified turn over on cutting board and cut in cubes.
Place dices back in the fridge.
Melt chocolate and margarine, allow to cool down.
Coconut cubes dip in chocolate, remove them by using a fork and place on a
plate covered with a greaseproof paper.
Put in the freezer until the glaze hardens.
When the glaze has set, cut out the excess of chocolate glaze that were
spilled and serve. (347)
