Chocolate Fudge Pie

This one is for all Chocolate fans.
All you need is a cup of butter, little bit of sugar, pinch of salt and Chocolateee 



Crisp pastry:

1 cup of flour(a little less)
2 tablespoons of  brown sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 cup of butter
2 tablespoons of cold water


1/2 cup of butter
7 (oz) of 60% dark chocolate
4  eggs
1 packet of vanilla sugar
7 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of rum
0.7 (oz) of heavy cream
7 Tablespoons of sugar

1. Make crisp dough from all the ingredients.
Allow to lay down on the cold, for about an hour.

2. Roll out the dough carefully in small molds or in large pie mold,
pierce it with a fork to prevent getting too puffy.

3. Preheat oven to 350

4. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes , remove and let cool off.

5. Chop the chocolate and mix with butter into a homogenous mixture and

6. Whisk the eggs, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, milk and rum.

7. Stir chocolate and butter.

8. Pour the filling on the dough and bake in the oven for about 30-35
9. Serve cold with a scoop of ice cream or with whipped cream.

The recipe is exactly enough for 1 pie mold diameter of 11inch,
or several small molds.
